PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a construction method for enabling attachment to a wall structure of a batten which is an attaching base material of interior and exterior materials by a simple method by arranging attachments at equal intervals both vertically and horizontally at horizontal joint positions and constructing a reinforcement block masonry body for which they are integrated in a reinforcement concrete block structure, to attach freely selected interior and exterior materials to the masonry body by a simple method, and to provide an external insulation method and an internal insulation method similarly by the simple method.SOLUTION: In the reinforcement block masonry body constructed by integrating steel attachments, a batten frame is formed by fixing a batten to the attachment with a stainless steel screw using a screw insertion hole provided on the attachment. Heat insulating foamed urethane foam is closely blown inside the frame without a gap to attain external insulation or internal insulation. Also, thereafter, the interior and exterior materials are attached to the batten frame using a fixing metal fitting or a machine screw or the like.
