PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure for laying a solar cell panel, which is better in installation workability in comparison with a conventional fitting structure for the solar cell panel.SOLUTION: A fixing member 5 can be brought into a state in which it is inseparable from a rail member 3 and movable along an engaging hole 6, by inserting an engaging piece 56 into the engaging hole 6 while matching the member thickness direction of the engaging piece 56 to the opening width direction of the engaging hole 6 and rotating the fixing member 5 in this state to rotationally move a minimum width direction of the engaging piece 56 in a direction crossing the opening width direction of the engaging hole 6. A holding part 20 of the fixing member 5 is engaged with a side of a solar cell panel 2 by making the fixing member 5 move along the engaging hole 6.
