PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laying structure for a solar battery panel that can prevent a solar battery from decreasing in electric power generation efficiency by efficiently discharging heat from a space on a rear side of a solar battery module.SOLUTION: There is provided an exterior member 2 fitted to a laying structure for a solar battery panel 1. The exterior member 2 in the fitted state has raised parts 21A and 21B projecting on a surface of the solar battery panel 1, and fitting parts 23A and 23B fitted to the solar battery panel 1 or a fixation member 6 thereof, and the raised parts 21A and 21B include a ventilation passage 22 formed between an upper surface part 21A and a lower surface part 21B, an air outlet part thereof being positioned above a separation part.
