SPROCKET UNIT ASSEMBLY EQUIPMENT AND ASSEMBLING METHOD THEREFOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide compact sprocket assembly equipment having a small floor area.;SOLUTION: Sprocket unit assembly equipment 30 includes principal elements of: a work table 31; six flange support bases 32L, 32R that are disposed at a prescribed pitch on the work table 31 and support of flanges; a worker's area 35 where a work floor 34 at which a worker 33 stands is provided, which is assigned to one area out of three equally divided areas around the circumference of the work table 31; and first and second automated machine areas 36, 37 assigned to the two remaining divided areas respectively where a variety of automated machines related to assembly are installed. Six to seven steps are performed while the work table is rotated twice. The sprocket unit assembly equipment is compactly collected, and thus the sprocket assembly equipment of a small size having a small floor area is provided.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
