PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reexamine an operation plan of a crematory when a user of the crematory has a spare time, and effectively use the spare time.;SOLUTION: An arrival time inquiry unit 8 calls a portable phone 1 of a user of a crematory at a predetermined time before the reservation time to collect the arrival time at the crematory in advance. When there is a user who will have a spare time due to change of the estimated arrival time among early arriving or late arriving users, a service order adjustment unit 9 changes the service order and time, and a service time change notification unit 10 notifies the corresponding user of the change in the service order and time. An operation plan change unit 11 acquires the estimated cremation time for a cremation target at a predetermined time before the reservation time, when it is possible to reduce the cremation time by a predetermined time or more, changes the cremation time to the estimated cremation time. When there is a user who can advance his/her service schedule by the spare time generated due to the reduction the cremation time among users of neighboring cremators, the operation plan change unit 11 causes a service advance inquiry unit 12 to inquire of the user whether to advance the service schedule.
