LAUNCHING ERECTION METHOD FOR BRIDGE GIRDER AND ERECTION FACILITY

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely prevent bridge-falling when a bridge girder is fed out and erected, and to achieve reduction in a period of bridge girder lowering work after the feeding work and prevention of the bridge-falling during the lowering work.;SOLUTION: In a launching erection method for a bridge girder, a gate type structure 20 consisting of left and right columns 21, an upper stage transverse beam 23 connected to an upper stage between the left and right columns, and a lower stage transverse beam 24 connected to a lower stage between the left and right columns is erected by coupling the lower ends of the left and right columns 21 to both side faces of a bridge footing head 1a on each bridge footing 1, and then the bridge girder 10 is launched over the bridge footing through the inside S of an opening surrounded by the left and right columns, the upper stage transverse beam, and the lower stage transverse beam of the gate type structure. The lower stage transverse beam is removed while suspendingly supporting the launched bridge girder by a jack installed on the upper stage transverse beam of the gate type structure, and thereafter the bridge girder is lowered at a prescribed position on the bridge footing by the jack and is installed.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
