PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a panel information management system that can easily accommodate to change in a display content of a panel and uses non-contact communications, and an information management server and an information management program used for the panel information management system.;SOLUTION: A panel information management system includes: a user portable terminal 30 that is held over IC tags 201-220 on which a poster displaying an image of a predetermined commodity is affixed and each of which is installed at a fixed position, to obtain positional information on the IC tags 201-220 and that transmits the positional information to an information management server 10A indicated by address information retained by the IC tags 201-220; and the information management server 10A that identifies display image information corresponding to the positional information on the IC tags transmitted by the user portable terminal 30 and that transmits the display image information to the user portable terminal 30 to display the display image information to the user portable terminal 30.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
