PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a microparticulate anatase titanium oxide dispersion having excellent dispersion stability of titanium oxide microparticles and enabling easy production of a high-transparency photocatalytic thin film, and to provide a component having the photocatalytic thin film on the surface by using the dispersion.;SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing the microparticulate anatase titanium oxide dispersion from a peroxotitanic acid solution includes continuously feeding the peroxotitanic acid solution to a flow reactor and subjecting it to hydrothermal treatment at 150 to 250°C and 0.5 to 10 MPa.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
