PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a foamable polypropylene-based resin composition which exhibits excellent surface appearance, scratch resistance and is free from sticky feeling even in a wide range of injection rates (molding shear rates), and which is high in foaming magnification, imparted with a good steady (rigid) feeling, allows considerable reduction in weight, and is excellent in recyclability, and to provide a foamed molding and a method for producing the same.;SOLUTION: The foamable polypropylene-based resin composition includes a propylene-ethylene block copolymer having specific properties (i) to (iv), a specific ethylene polymer, a filler and a foaming agent.
