PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to easily connect a device used by a user to a communication network.;SOLUTION: A gateway apparatus obtains presence information concerning a device 2 from the device 2, obtains a condition of access from a community management server 3 to the device 2 and a condition of disclosure of the presence information to the community management server 3, and holds an identifier of the device, the access condition, and the disclosure condition so as to be associated with each other. The gateway apparatus generates disclosure presence information from the presence information on the basis of the disclosure condition, generates device disclosure data in which the device identifier, the access condition, and the disclosure presence information are associated with each other, and transmits the device disclosure data to the community management server 3. The community management server 3 extracts an identifier of a request target device selected based on a condition of access to a device usable by the community management server, the disclosure presence information, and the like and transmits processing request data addressed to the request target device.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
