PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a brain wave analysis device, a brain wave analysis program, and a brain wave analysis method, allowing the decision of mood disorder based on brain waves of a subject.SOLUTION: An brain wave analysis device includes a brain wave acquisition part and a comparison part. The brain wave acquisition part acquires a first brain wave measured in a first region on the head of a subject and a second brain wave measured in a second region positioned behind the first region on the head of the subject. The comparison part compares the intensity of the first brain wave in a specific frequency band and the intensity of the second brain wave in the specific frequency band.
