PURPOSE: Visual fatigue measurement device and method are provided to implement objective measurement by including a 3-D display.;CONSTITUTION: A brain wave measurement unit(120) measures brain wave. A fast Fourier transform unit(130) transforms the brain wave from a time domain to a frequency domain. A main control unit(110) extracts α-wave and β-wave in a specific frequency range from brain wave of the frequency range. The main control unit extracts power of the α-wave and power of the β-wave.
