PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sealing structure of a control board case for a game machine in which the case is hard to be illegally opened.SOLUTION: A structure includes a pair of inner and outer sidewalls 42 and 43 for locking disposed on a cover body 10 and a base body 11 and a fixing element 12 that penetrates in a non-extractable way the outer sidewalls 42 and 43 for locking to seal a control board case 7, covers an upper part of a cutting space 44 formed between the outer sidewalls 42 and 43 for locking with a lid plate 56, and arranges a blocking portion 60 that separates the cutting space 44 up and down, under the lid plate 56. Furthermore, the control board case 7 is unsealed forming in the lid plate 56 a tool insertion hole 62 closed by a rupture portion 63 that is easily ruptured, forming in the blocking portion 60 a tool passing hole 67 closed by a rupture portion 66 that is easily ruptured, inserting a cutting tool into a tool insertion hole 62 and a tool passing hole 65, and cutting the fixing element 12 in the cutting space 44.
