PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an insulation failure detector of a power converter capable of diagnosing insulation failure of an output terminal accurately at high speed, and to provide a power converter and an insulation failure detector which detects an insulation failure part of each electric apparatus.;SOLUTION: An insulation failure detector 14 of a power converter includes a DC/DC conversion unit 6 which generates an output voltage between the output terminals by turning the switching elements SW1-SW4 on/off by a switching signal (S) so that an output voltage corresponding to an output voltage command value is obtained, control means 13 for controlling the duty ratio of the switching signal (S) according to the deviation of an actual output voltage from the output voltage command value, and a duty determination unit 6a which compares the duty ratio of the switching signal (S) with a specified duty ratio preset based on the duty ratio when insulation of the output terminal is good.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
