PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sintered electrode having excellent conductivity by accelerating sintering of an internal electrode layer in a heat treatment process.;SOLUTION: The sintered electrode having excellent conductivity includes an intermetallic compound comprised of nickel and aluminum and further includes at least either of Si and B, whereby the sintered electrode can be produced at a relatively low sintering temperature and hence can be made to have excellent conductivity. There is disclosed internal electrode paste that accelerates the sintering of a raw material comprised of conductive particles of the intermetallic compound constituting an internal electrode sheet made from the paste, by virtue of Si or B present in the paste and allows the internal electrode sheet to sinter at a relatively low temperature to form an internal electrode layer after the sintering. There is further disclosed a high performance multilayer electronic component comprising the plurality of internal electrode layers each prepared by employing the internal electrode paste.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
