PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a management device of building facility work, capable of easily detecting an inappropriate conduct to cleaning work of an operator.;SOLUTION: The management device includes a portable phone 5 for photographing a living room 2 inside a building 1 and a management center 9 remotely connected to the portable phone 5. The management center 9 includes: work time extraction means 11 for extracting the photographing time of the cleaning work in the living room 2 from video images of the living room 2 before and after the cleaning work, which are photographed by the portable phone 5; work time computing means for computing the work time of the cleaning work in the living room 2 from the extracted photographing time; a standard work time data storage part 14c for storing the required time of the cleaning work in each area so as to be freely updated; and determination means for calculating a time difference between the work time computed in the work time computing means and the required time of the cleaning work in the living room 2, determining that the cleaning work in the living room 2 is completed when the time difference is within 30 minutes, and determining that the cleaning work in the living room 2 is not completed when the time difference is not within 30 minutes.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
