BUILDING FACILITY WORK MANAGEMENT DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a building facility work management device for registering easily a work time without loading on a work execution operator of a building facility.;SOLUTION: Identification of an operator 4 who executes work of equipment and a code number for work which identifies a work item, are given in advance. A monitoring center 9 comprises: building name extraction means 11a for, when the operator 4 inputs the code number for work to a ten-key 5 for entering when the operator 4 enters and exits the building 1, receiving an IP address and the code number for work of a terminal device 2, and extracting a name of the building from the IP address; operator code extraction means 11b for identifying the operator 4 from the code number for work; work code extraction means 11c for identifying the work item; work time extraction means 11d for calculating a work time, based on a reception time of the code number for work; and video acquisition means 11e for, to a recorder 3 for recording video data of a burglar camera 7 which images the vicinity of the ten-key 5 for entering, requesting distribution of the video data in a predetermined period before and after the reception time of the code number for work.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1;COPYRIGHT: (C)2016,JPO&INPIT
