PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an amine-based curing agent including a Mannich base, which exerts excellent storage stability when dissolved or dispersed into an aqueous medium and with which a cured coating film obtained from an aqueous coating material composition including the curing agent and a polyepoxy compound has excellent water resistance.;SOLUTION: The amine-based curing agent includes a specific Mannich base having anionic group. This curing agent shows satisfactory storage stability when dissolved or dispersed into an aqueous medium.
