PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fine particle rubber powder capable of improving properties of a polymer composition such as a rubber composition.;SOLUTION: The fine particle rubber powder is made of an epoxidized natural rubber which is obtained by epoxidizing a natural rubber latex and has an average particle size of 10 μm or less. The fine-particle rubber powder can be used as a substitute of a filler or a substitute of a rubber polymer, and the polymer composition made by blending 1 to 300 pts.mass of the fine-particle rubber powder to 100 pts.mass of a base polymer is provided. Further, the rubber composition using a sulfur-crosslinking rubber can be used suitably as a material constituting the rubber portion of a pneumatic tire.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
