PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently measure a position of a movable body using a response wave transmitted from a transponder device in response to a radar wave.SOLUTION: A racon 40 transmits a racon response wave including racon positional information indicating a position of the racon 40 when a radar wave is received from a radar transceiver 10. When the racon response wave is received, a representative distance/representative relative azimuth calculation part 19 of the radar transceiver 10 calculates a representative distance indicating a relative distance of the racon 40 to the radar transceiver 10 and a representative relative azimuth indicating a relative azimuth of the racon 40 to the radar transceiver 10 on the basis of the racon response wave. A positioning operation part 21 performs positioning operation on a position (latitude and longitude) of the radar transceiver 10 using the representative distance and the representative relative azimuth calculated by the representative distance/representative relative azimuth calculation part 19 and the racon positional information included in the racon response wave.
