AUTOMATIC BOXING METHOD AND DEVICE OF SUCCESSIVE PACKAGE BAG WITH HEADER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a folding method suitable for automatizing such an operation that successive package bags with header are folded into a half length to box the bags with the surface of the bags up, and to provide a device for achieving the method.;SOLUTION: The second bag 3 and the third bag 4 of the four successive package bags with header conveyed with the backside 14 of the bags up by a bag conveyance belt are adsorbed and fixed to bag adsorbing holes of a vacuum box 20, a turn back pawl 21a is swirled to the upper side and, thereby, a header 1 and the first bag are turned back to the upper side between the first bag 2 and the second bag 3. Subsequently, a turn back pawl 21b is swirled to the upper side, and the fourth bag 5 is turned back to the upper side between the third bag 4 and the fourth bag 5.
