PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for sticking a protective sheet for a photoelectric conversion device, less in optical loss, capable of efficiently performing photoelectric conversion by a photoelectric conversion device, and capable of easily and reliably sticking a protective sheet.;SOLUTION: In a method for sticking a protective sheet for a photoelectric conversion device, a photoelectric conversion part converting light energy into electricity and a transparent protective sheet 1 are stuck while a light incident surface of the photoelectric conversion part and a sticking surface of the protective sheet 1 are faced each other. The method includes the steps of: laminating the photoelectric conversion part having an uneven structure on the light incident surface and the protective sheet 1 having an uneven structure on a surface opposite to the sticking surface so that the light incident surface of the photoelectric conversion part and the sticking surface of the protective sheet 1 face each other while sandwiching a flattening material 30; and holding the photoelectric conversion part and the protective sheet 1 in a state where the flattening material 30 sandwiched between the light incident surface and the sticking surface can be deformed, and sticking the protective sheet 1 on the light incident surface by the sticking force of the flattening material 30.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT
