PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radiator, especially, a structure-improved fin type radiator and its processing method.;SOLUTION: The structure-improved fin type radiator includes a base plate 1 and a plurality of radiation fins 2. Roots of the radiation fins 2 are connected to the base plate 1, a fitting groove 21 which has an opening in a bottom part is formed in the root of the radiation fin 2, and a fitting tool 11 corresponding to the fitting groove 21 projects from the base plate 1; and the radiation fin 2 is fitted to the fitting tool 11 by the fitting groove 21, and the plurality of radiation fins 2 are arranged one over another to form a radiation fin group. Consequently, the fitting groove 21 in the root of the radiation fin 2 is easily molded with a metal mold, the fitting tool 11 projecting from the base plate 1 is easily processed, and the fitting groove 21 is connected to the fitting tool 11 in a fitting manner to make a reliable connection, the fitting process being completed by a press mold.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
