PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low-cost method for manufacturing a blood pressure-measuring inflation bag, wherein wrinkles are hard to occur when wound around a part of a living body and wherein a compression pressure becomes uniform in the width direction, and to provide a blood pressure-measuring pressure band including the blood pressure-measuring inflation bag.SOLUTION: The inflation bag 26 is produced by this manufacturing method including: a side edge part fastening step P3 of fastening both side edge parts of an inner sheet 68 and a flat outer sheet 66 to each other in a state that the flat inner sheet 68 is pulled out in the long direction thereof; and an end edge part fastening step P1 of fastening both end edge parts of the inner sheet 68 and the outer sheet 66 to each other before the side edge part fastening step P3.
