PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve ride comfort of a vehicle, by reducing energy by generating torque in the advancing direction by making potential energy generated by operating gravity act on a wheel of the vehicle.;SOLUTION: Potential energy is generated by forwardly moving a position of a point 5 of application for operating the load of a vehicle by reaction force generated by adding torque to a wheel 3 by a potential energy converting wheel 2. The torque is generated in the wheel 3 by the potential energy of operating on the load of the vehicle. The potential energy of the load 4 of the vehicle operating vertically downward is operated in a position of a point 5 of application for operating on the wheel, and is operated in a front position more than a position 6 of a grounding point of the wheel, so that the forward torque can be generated in the wheel 3 by the potential energy of the load of the vehicle.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT
