PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an energy storage system for a multiple dwelling house which can be widely disseminated by ensuring installation places of an electricity storage means and a heat storage means, and solving a problem of the high total cost of the energy storage system.;SOLUTION: The energy storage system for the multiple dwelling house is used in the multiple dwelling house 1 comprising a plurality of dwelling houses 1a, 1b, 1c, 1d.
