PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology of high-versatility storm shutters which can be mounted to existent window frames or windows without processing and with which a storm can be prevented and indoor and outdoor ventilation can be performed without reducing a daylighting function that a glass window has.SOLUTION: In integrally molded transparent resin storm shutters which can be mounted to existent window frames, on an indoor side face of the storm shutters, a plurality of substantially louver-like protrusions are provided with a lateral direction as a length and in upper side portions of the protrusions, openings are included which are opened for indoor and outdoor ventilation. They are formed from one thin plate which is a thermoplastic resin having permeability and of which the thickness is 3 mm or less, by integral molding. An upper side part and a lower side part of the thin plate are held in a clearance of the window frames.
