COMPOSITE CATHODE MATERIAL FOR SOLID OXIDE FUEL CELL OPERATING AT MEDIUM-LOW TEMPERATURE, COMPOSITE CATHODE FOR SOLID OXIDE FUEL CELL, AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING ELECTROLYTE-COMPOSITE CATHODE STRUCTURE FOR SOLID OXIDE FUEL CELL
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid oxide composite cathode material having low electrical resistance, which is required for an SOFC operating at a medium-low temperature of around 600°C suitable for a fuel cell vehicle or the like and requiring an excellent cathode material.SOLUTION: A solid oxide having both proton conductivity and ionic conductivity and a composition represented as BaZrPrYO(0.1x0.4 and 0y≤0.2) and solid oxide powder having electrical conductivity and a composition represented as LaSrCOFeOare mixed to prepare a composite material. Accordingly, a material having an area specific resistance (ASR) of 0.1 Ωcmat a medium-low temperature of around 600°C can be synthesized. The material has 4-6 times higher electrical conduction (lower electrical resistance) as compared with the conventional materials.
