PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical device including: an advancing/retracting member which is movable in an optical axis direction and includes a guide surface orthogonal to the optical axis, where the advancing/retracting member is moved in the optical axis direction between a ready-to-photograph position and an accommodated position; an anti-shake frame supported by the advancing/retracting member so as to be movable along the guide surface orthogonal to the optical axis; and an insertable/removable frame which holds an anti-shake insertable/removable optical element and is supported by the anti-shake frame so as to be movable between an insertion position in which the anti-shake insertable/removable optical element is positioned on the optical axis and a removed position in which the anti-shake insertable/removable optical element is removed from the optical axis; where the whole optical device is miniaturized by miniaturizing the anti-shake frame without sacrificing its strength.;SOLUTION: A clearance through-hole is formed through the anti-shake frame so as to allow movement between the insertion position and the removed position with at least part of the anti-shake insertable/removable optical element positioned in the clearance through-hole. The clearance through-hole includes a circular arc groove about a rotational center of the insertable/removable frame and an outer end of the clearance through-hole is formed as an open end. A bridge portion is formed on the anti-shake frame to connect outsides of opposed inner walls of the clearance through-hole, so as to protrude toward the opposite side of the guide surface orthogonal to the optical axis, and to overlap with the clearance through-hole as viewed in the optical axis direction.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
