PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for forming irregular transparent matting particles on the surface of printed matter by using a transparent ink on the pattern layer of a base material, and finished printed mater made by the method.;SOLUTION: A method comprises a step to print a pattern on a base material by an inkjet module, a step to form a first transparent layer on the pattern by driving the inkjet module to make first jetting of a transparent ink on the pattern, and rapidly curing the transparent ink jetted on the pattern by activating a UV lamp installed on the side of the inkjet module at the same time with the jetting after the pattern is printed, a step to drive the inkjet module to make second coating of the transparent ink on the first transparent layer with the UV lamp off after the first coating of the transparent ink is made, and a step to make the inkjet module cure the transparent ink coated on the first transparent layer to form the second transparent layer having irregular transparent matting particles on the first transparent layer after making the second coating of the transparent ink.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT
