PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin substrate arrangement sheet which does not cause various inconveniences even when each resin substrate has a smaller area; and a method for dividing resin substrates into individual pieces from the resin substrate arrangement sheet.;SOLUTION: A resin substrate arrangement sheet comprises: a plurality of rectangular resin substrates arranged in the longitude and latitude directions; a plurality of inter-line regions functioning as dummy regions which are installed in each space between the resin substrates in each row arrangement arranged in the latitude direction among the plurality of resin substrates, and its adjacent resin substrates in each row arrangement; a frame part region taken by surrounding the whole of the region occupied by the plurality of resin substrates and the plurality of inter-line regions; and alignment mark patterns installed at two places on the extension of both latitudes which separate the resin substrate at the endmost row of the resin substrates in each row arrangement arranged in the latitude direction on the frame part region from the frame part region.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
