REPLICA FILM STICKING DEVICE AND REPLICA FILM STICKING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a replica film sticking device and a replica film sticking method that enable a replica film to be efficiently stuck irrespective of the skill level of a person who performs the sticking.;SOLUTION: A replica film sticking device 1 comprises a roller 2 formed of an elastic material, a replica film 4 wound around the roller 2, a handle 6 turnably supporting the roller 2, a nozzle 10 that drips solvent 11 on a surface of a sample 8, and a flexible arm 12 one end of which is connected to the handle 6 and the other is connected to the nozzle 10. The handle 6 is composed of a support 6b rotatably supporting the roller 2 and a grip 6a which is connected to the support 6b and can be grasped by an operator. By gently squashing the grip 6a, the inner volume of the grip 6a is reduced and the pressure in the grip 6a is increased with the result that the solvent 11 in the grip 6a can be fed to the nozzle 10 via a tube 13 and the flexible arm 12.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
