PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem in which: in a situation where various functions of an image forming apparatus 10 are made executable using a widget installed in a user terminal 20 that is connected with the image forming apparatus 10, and there is a widget that causes the image forming apparatus 10 to simultaneously execute functions of double-sided printing and intensive printing, when a history management system 30 attempts to obtain the number of use of the widget in the user terminal 20, the number of use and the number of execution of functions executed in the image forming apparatus 10 through direct operation cannot simply be compared since the target functions may be different.SOLUTION: A history management system 30 replaces a widget ID obtained from a user terminal 20 with a function ID, and thereby simply compares the number of execution of a function indicated by the function ID and the number of execution of a function indicated by a function ID obtained from an image forming apparatus 10.
