PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air flow diffusion analysis program and an air flow diffusion analysis device which can analyze diffusion of air flow in such a manner that atmospheric condition is within a required range.SOLUTION: An air flow diffusion analysis program is executable in an air flow diffusion analysis device which is provided with a model generating step for generating a space model 30 simulating a space to be analyzed and an air flow diffusion analysis step for analyzing diffusion of air flow in the space model 30 which has been generated, by using a predetermined air flow calculation code. In the model generating step, an unevenness model 33 is formed on the ground surface of the space model 30 in order to express roughness of the ground surface in the space to be analyzed.
