PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To minimize an adverse effect of a rear wheel steering device onto steering angle control of right and left wheels even if cracking or fracture occurs on one bolt fastening hole side by an excessive input.;SOLUTION: This device is a wheel steering device capable of steering right and left wheels by transmitting torque from an actuator 4 fixed on a cylinder member 3 to a rod. Two bolt fastening holes 5, 6 spaced from each other in the rod axial direction S are formed in the cylinder member 3, sandwiching a torque transmission portion therebetween. The one bolt fastening hole is taken as a slotted hole. A protrusion portion 11 is provided between the slotted bolt fastening hole and the torque transmission portion. In assembling a vehicle body, the protrusion portion 11 is inserted into an opening portion 24 formed in the vehicle body. A play of the protrusion portion 11 relative to the opening portion 24 in the rod axial direction S is set to be larger than a play between the other bolt fastening hole and a bolt inserted into the bolt fastening hole in the rod axial direction S under a state assembled on the vehicle body.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
