PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure personal identification by performing a callback for personal identification not by a person but by system automation, and to reduce victims of a bank transfer scam by a telephone by suppressing an increase in the load of a network.;SOLUTION: A user B of a mobile phone terminal 200 hears the voice of a communication partner of a calling side mobile phone terminal 100 and inputs a user designation signal (S5). A voice verification part of a remote terminal 300 verifies a received voice signal from the mobile phone terminal 100 with a voice data sample of a user A supplied from a voice data sample storing part (S9), and outputs the verification results to the mobile phone terminal 200 (S10).
