PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a paper delivery device dispensing with a space sufficient for preventing a paper delivery tray from interfering with the other constituent elements, installable in even a small space, and preventing various kinds of papers having different sizes from being rolled up compared with a paper delivery device having an angle of paper delivery for preventing papers from being rolled up by moving the paper delivery tray.;SOLUTION: This paper delivery device includes a paper delivery guide plate 17 having a basic part supported pivotally on a machine frame 1 of this device and a tip extended in the direction of paper delivery and provided to swing in the direction crossing a paper conveyance path 9 orthogonally, a driven roller support rod 18 having a basic part supported pivotally on a tip or a halfway part of the paper delivery guide plate 17 and a following roller 19 supported pivotally on a tip, and a paper delivery angle control unit letting the paper delivery guide plate 17 swing to move the following roller 19 along an outer peripheral face of a driving roller 20 through the following roller support rod 18, letting the following roller 19 to abut on the driving roller 20 to follow its movement and rotate, and controlling the inclination of a paper delivery nip formed by the abutting to form the angle of paper delivery for preventing paper from being rolled up.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
