PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile object position estimation device and method and a mobile object position estimation program, which do not cause an estimation error of a mobile route of an object without causing lowering of position estimation accuracy even in a scene in which a correspondence between an observed value and the object becomes ambiguous due to passing of mobile objects with each other, or the like.;SOLUTION: Identification information allocation means 103 allocates identification information included in observed values of first observation means 101 to observed values of second observation means 102 so that closeness in position between the observed values of the first observation means 101 and the observed values of the second observation means 102 becomes minimum at a point A of time when the observed values can be obtained from the first observation means 101 for outputting the identification information and positional information of the mobile object with a low frequency and at a point B of time when the observed values can be obtained from the observation means 101 at the next time of the point A of time and the total of movement amount of the observed values of the observation means 102 becomes minimum in a time section AB with respect to a series of observed values obtained from the second observation means 102 for outputting the positional information of the mobile object with a high frequency at the point A of time and the point B of time and in the time section AB.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
