PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize advanced counseling in real time.;SOLUTION: A counseling system comprises a client terminal used by a user, a counselor terminal used by a counselor, and a counseling device for relaying the client terminal and the counselor terminal to manage the counseling. In the counseling system, the counseling device includes: voice recognition means for recognizing voices of the user and the counselor to convert them into text; moving image/chat control means for controlling a moving image and chat content between the user and the counselor; sentence summary generation means for summarizing a sentence corresponding to counseling content for the user from the counselor; FAQ information generation means for generating FAQ information on the basis of the counseling content; and control means for controlling at least one of the voice recognition means, the moving image/chat control means, the sentence summary generation means, and the FAQ information generation means.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
