PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To calculate the degree of degradation over time of individual members which comprise a construction when ambient conditions change as time passes.SOLUTION: In the change over time prediction system, a ceiling 10 and the outside air 20 are modelled by a combination of representative points ( dots A and dots B). Among the representative points of the ceiling 10, a first representative point (for example, solid circle dot A1) facing the outside air 20 is set. Among representative points ( dots B) of the outside air 20, a second representative point (for example, dot B1) facing the ceiling 10 is set. Influence affecting in between the first representative point (solid circle dot A) and the second representative point ( dot B) is set according to a variable (parameter information) and, on the basis of the variable, a change of state over time of the ceiling 10 is calculated every representative point (solid circle dot A).
