PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fresh flower decorating method and a decorated plant using a water-soluble adhesive for fresh flower decoration and a resin particle.SOLUTION: The freshness of a fresh flower is sustained by providing the water-soluble adhesive on the surface of the flesh flower, and various colors and images are produced by providing a powdered resin particle for decoration or a coated resin particle for decoration to which a coating agent including a functional substance is applied, wherein the powdered resin particle for decoration or the coated resin particle for decoration has various sizes and can be adhered using the water-soluble adhesive. Furthermore, a specific image which cannot be seen in the existing fresh flower dyeing is produced by a new method, wherein the resin particle for decoration, the coated resin particle for decoration, or a functional material, such as a glitter, is scattered in a sealed container and the fresh flower to which the water-soluble adhesive is applied is injected into the sealed container.
