The second class is output via a GUI control unit 116 to the output device 150. The user inputs evaluation for the second class from an input device 160. A user database updating unit 118 acquires the evaluation, and updates the user database 144 on the basis of the evaluation. The teacher data creation unit 112 creates teacher data by associating the second class under the consideration of the evaluation and the first class with the read data.
