PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radiological imaging device, a radiological imaging system, a defective pixel extraction program, and a defective pixel extraction method capable of extracting a defective pixel in a short period.;SOLUTION: A first image and a second image are obtained during different driving periods (on periods) of the TFT switch 4 of a pixel 20, respectively during a first driving period and a second driving period, and a difference image of the first image and the second image is obtained. Moreover, the pixel value of the pixel of the difference image is compared with the average of the pixel values of pixels around the pixel.
