P To provide toilet paper for lavatory with a washing function, having excellent strength and softness and easy disentanglement. PSOLUTION: The toilet paper for lavatory with a washing function is obtained by piling two sheets each having a basis weight per sheet of ≥ 15.0 and ≤ 19.0 g/mSP2/SP. The sheet is obtained by forming a sheet of raw material pulp composed of ≥ 70 mass% of a first pulp having a weight average fiber length of ≥ about 2.5 mm and ≤ 30 mass% of a second pulp having a weight average fiber length of ≤ 1.0 mm in which the first pulp has a specific tensile strength of ≥ 18.0 (N m/g) and fiber roughness of 10-20 mg/100 m and the second pulp has a specific tensile strength of ≥ 18.0 (N m/g) and fiber roughness of ≤ 12 mg/100 m.
