PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve design and construction at an appropriate cost for a customer who requests arbitral arrangement of light emitting elements, when an LED illumination plate such as a logo sign, a channel character or the like is installed, and to promote use of LEDs in illuminated advertisements.SOLUTION: There is provided with a copper base which can cope with requested arbitral shapes and where light source elements can be arbitrarily arranged. When a shape to display, such as a channel character is given, cutting data is automatically generated by a standard CAD technique, and there are provided with, as a whole, arrangement design of the homogeneous light source elements, design of a circuit diagram for connecting the light source elements, and a function for generating circuit diagram cutting data. Thus, both manufacturing cost for an LED light source and construction cost on site are reduced. In addition, use of copper as the base improves treatment efficiency of heat generated from the light source elements.
