PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent improper taking out of cash by a third person occurring when an operator leaves the place during a dispensing transaction. PSOLUTION: A controller 10 displays a transaction screen to which a holding button is added to a display section (a display inputting section 12) when a dispensing transaction is carried out, a transaction holding process is executed for the dispensing by closing a cash inputting opening by controlling a cash inputting mechanism section 14 when depression of the holding button is detected. Moreover, the holding of the dispensing transaction is released by opening the cash inputting opening by controlling a cash inputting mechanism section 14 by a personal authentication when holding the transaction or by a personal authentication of an administrator succeeding the dispensing transaction.
