PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform personal authentication of a user even when the user has committed an error in inputting an ID, while maintaining security without increasing device costs nor adding an operation load to the user.;SOLUTION: A management server of an identification information integrated management system is configured to: receive first identification information and collation biometric information transmitted from a service providing system 2 on the basis of a result of authentication performed by the service providing system 2; collate the received collation biometric information with registration biometric information corresponding to the received first identification information among a plurality of pieces of registration biometric information prestored in association with a plurality pieces of identification information, respectively; and transmit identification information other than the first identification information among pieces of identification information associated with the registration biometric information according to a result of the collation, as identification information to be used for authentication, to the service providing system 2.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
