PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for culturing, storing or transporting immature fish of tuna, capable of reducing economic and labor loads during culture, storage and transportation of tuna, and culturing water for culturing, storing or transporting tuna.SOLUTION: A housing facility for culturing tuna includes a swimming tank 10 in which tuna swims. The swimming tank 10 is filled with culturing water having a salt content prepared with underground seawater supplied from an underground seawater supply system 20 and fresh water supplied through a feed-water pipe 18. A fish farmer of tuna adjusts the salt content of the culturing water filled in the swimming tank 10 to about 25 psu or more and less than 30 psu in input of tuna. Thereafter, the fish farmer reduces the salt content of the culturing water to 20 psu±3 psu. The fish farmer cultures tuna while maintaining the salt content of the culturing water at 20 psu±3 psu by periodically measuring the salt content of the culturing water. In this case, the fish farmer can reduce the salt content of the culturing water to about 15 psu.
