PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a diary creation system for supporting to increase the number of accesses to a diary on an electronic bulletin board for recording changes in growth of animals and plants. PSOLUTION: A control unit 25 refers to a user data storage unit 103 on the basis of a diary request and extracts first user data including a first user identifier out of a plurality of user data items. The control unit refers to a non-display level storage unit 104 and extracts a first concealed image file corresponding to the first non-display level of the first user data out of the plurality of non-display level data items. The control unit creates diary screen data including the first user data and the first concealed image file such that the first concealed image file is displayed with a part of the first diary data of the first user data concealed.
