Highly dispersible aqueous dispersion of conductive powder, aqueous transparent conductive paint, and method for producing coating film and paint

PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aqueous dispersion liquid where a conductive powder excellently disperses in water without requiring a polymer dispersant, and also to provide a transparent water-based conductive coating material which is prepared from the aqueous dispersion liquid and excellent in transparency and conductivity. PSOLUTION: The highly dispersive aqueous dispersion liquid of a conductive powder is characterized by containing a conductor powder wherein the particle diameter is 10-300 nm before dispersing; the powder does not sedimentate without a dispersant; and the ratio of the BET specific surface ratios of the conductor powder, before and after dispersion, is in the range of 0.50-0.85. Alternatively, the aqueous dispersion liquid is characterized by containing a conductive powder which has a diameter of 10-300 nm before dispersing and the ratio of D50/DT50 of the average primary particle diameter (DT50) of the conductive powder before dispersion to the diameter of the particle (D50) of accumulated weight 50% in the range of 1.1-9.0.
